Agnieszka Bielecka is a passionate traveler, accomplished high-altitude mountaineer, experienced sailor, and storyteller. She holds a degree in Geography from the University of Wrocław and a Pluridisciplinary Master’s in Asian Studies from the University of Geneva.

At the age of 18, she was skipper of the yacht "Polka" with a four-person crew, sailing from Gdynia to Kemi and back. At the turn of 2001/02, with two companions she sailed from Croatia to the Caribbean on a small sail boat.

She has traveled throughout Asia, Africa, the Middle East, South and North America, and New Zealand. She has lived, worked, or studied in the United Kingdom, France, Switzerland, and India.

A leader of numerous high-altitude expeditions. In 2011/12, she was base camp manager for the winter expedition to Gasherbrum I. This expeditition culminated in the first-ever winter ascent of Gasherbrum I by Adam Bielecki and Janusz Gołąb.

Since 2012, she has been a member of the Polish Mountaineering Association program for Winter Climbing (Polishish Winter Himalaya) and the Polish national team in high-altitude mountaineering. In 2012, she participated in the Polish Mountaineering Association (PHZ) autumn expedition to Lhotse, where she was the only member of the expedition, alongside the leader (Artur Hajzer), to reach an altitude of approximately 8,100 meters above sea level. There were no summit ascents this season.

In 2013, she participated in the Polish Mountaineering Association (PHZ) expedition to Dhaulagiri, where she was the only member of the team to continue the summit push and, together with Paweł Michalski, reached an altitude of approximately 8,100 meters above sea level – as the first climbers of the season.Due to a route error and the late hour, they were forced to turn back. This season, there were also no summit ascents. That same year, she was leading 5 people team to the summit of Denali. In 2014, she became the third Polish woman to climb Broad Peak.In 2018, she participated in a scientific expedition to the Greenland Ice Sheet under the auspices of National Geographic Explorers. That same year, she climbed Nun, a seven-thousander in the Western Himalayas (Ladakh), in an alpine-style approach.

Since 2010, she has been a tour guide in Asia, Latin America, and Africa. Since 2015, she has been working with a French tour operator, leading trekking and kayaking (sea kayaking) trips in Spitsbergen and Oman. In 2024, she became qualified Sudetes Mountain Guide and Ski Guide.

Since 2020, she has lived in Marianówka at the foot of the Śnieżnik Massif with her daughter Dagna and partner Jędrek.
