Ludovico Bich (Italy) – photographer. He will talk about his carrer as a photographer and present the photo exhibition “Black Snow” on 24th of November, Friday, Visitor Information Centre Hall.

Ludovico Bich

Born on July 10, 1962, he shot his first photos in 1982 in Berlin; he has subsequently traveled and photographed in Morocco, Algeria, Turkey, USA, Mexico, Nicaragua, Guatemala, Costa Rica, India, Japan, and most of Western and Eastern Europe. He attended a portfolio course held by Giuliana Scimé in Milan and another held by Jaqueline Salmon in Arles, France, on architecture.

Work Commissioned by Italia Nostra (National organization dedicated to the protection and promotion of the country’s historical, artistic and environmental patrimony.) Turin Biennial of Photography. Personal exhibition entitled “Fons Salutis” (Source of Health). 48 black and white prints on the subject of the Baths.

Creation and realisation of the catalog book and of the “Whymper Carrel & Company” exhibition in collaboration with the Italian Alpine Club, an exhibit of portraits of mountaineers with the cross on the summit of the Matterhorn Mountain, it gathers hundreds of souvenir photos taken, from the birth of photography to present, at the same location over 100 years.

5 Images for the collective photographic exhibition on Alzheimer’s disease in the art gallery of the municipal hall of Aosta.
