Courmayeur is a small Alpine town of 3,000 inhabitants at the foot of Mont Blanc. During winter, the arrival of thousands of tourists transforms it into “Courma,” changing its rhythms, spaces and everyday life. Through different ways of experiencing the same place — a young local working among tourists, a group of regular visitors from Milan, and a farming family that remains apart from the seasonal transformation — Courma et Courmayeur observes the coexistence of two identities within one town.
