Freestyle Stories in South Tyrol is a documentary, shoot in South Tyrol with South-Tyrolean athletes. We will present four different freestyle-sports, while our protagonists will introduce their approach to Freestyle and try to make it accessible to everyone. What is Freestyle? What does Freestyle mean to you? Or more precisely: Which approach do you have for Freestyle and what does it mean to you? Is it a way of living for you? Through four different stories, we are going to experience what Freestyle can mean – stories about freedom, the search for freedom, creativity and personal development and of course the progression of performance without limits. Every story will be told on the basis of a different sport, by an athlete, but summarized you will have always the same feeling – the feeling of Freestyle! – Markus Eder, Freestyle-skier (competitor in Winter Olympic Games in Sotschi) – Armin Holzer, Highliner – Stefan Lantschner, BMX-rider – Simon Gruber, Freestyle-snowboarder – Silvia Bertagna, Freestyle-skier (competitor in Winter Olympic Games in Sotschi) are going to tell us their point of view about this lifestyle.Through their stories, we we are going to experience a big contrast between their life as professional athletes and the “normal” life at home in South Tyrol.
