Svalbard is a wild and remote place, with unpredictable weather conditions, making it one of the most challenging places on Earth for freeride skiing. Despite all this, the Ubac Images team decided to step it up: first by travelling with trains and sailboat, then by pulling pulkas for 10 days across glaciers and sea ice. Along such an adventure, the time dimension fades away, and goals can shift: is skiing still the main purpose? Or is it just a cherry on top of this Arctic Journey?
