Bennett, an adventurous 9-year-old climber, embarks on a life-changing journey to Trentino, Italy, the land of her ancestors. Having climbed some of the most famous ranges in her home state of Wyoming, she’s no stranger to towering peaks. But this adventure is about more than just summiting mountains—it’s a journey to discover her roots and reconnect with her extended family after being separated for more than 100 years. Accompanied by her climbing partner Grandpa Gary, Bennett travels to the Italian Dolomites, where she uncovers a centuries-old heritage and connects with her Italian family in the village that's been home to generations of her ancestors. As she takes on some of the world’s most striking mountains, we witness her growth, both as a climber and a person. Bennett's mountains are getting taller while his are getting smaller-- they won't be on the same mountain together forever, but in this moment they are.
