This film tells the story of our explorations and climbs in the Rale valley. This expedition was organised under the aegis of the Himalayan Club. It took place in the month of September 2024. Rale valley is located near Tangyar village nestling in the south end of the Nubra valley of Ladakh. Three climbers with the support of six Sherpa friends explored the region. This expedition is the first official expedition in the area and before its execution, no information was available about the valley and the peaks. The team faced bad weather spells, heavy winds, deep cold and a steep high slope of hard snow and ice, which was almost vertical at a few places. The climbers could reach three summits above 6000 meters out of which one was a first ascent and other two are first recorded ascents. Let us begin our journey!
